Terms & Conditions Policy

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

1. I have read the return & shipping policy page.
2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
3. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
4. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
   
5. I confirm that my shipping and email address are correct.
6. I understand that Vintage Dime Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and that I should contact USPS once my package is in transit. 
7. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive order. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

 Return Policy

* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed.  Unworn and unused in the original packaging.  
* Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 2 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit. 
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 
* Shipping fee must be covered incoming and outgoing by customer for exchanges.
* Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
* NO EXCEPTIONS. 
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

* Company Name
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Style# for Return/Exchange Item
* Quantity for Each Style#
* Reason for Return/Exchange

2. E-mail the above information to vintagedimedesigns2018@gmail.com for your Return/Exchange.

3. Once return authorization is acquired, ship the item(s) to Vintage Dime Designs

4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.
